Creation Dental Technology(CDT)

receives and processes scans from all major intraoral scanners such as 3Shape TRIOS, Sirona CEREC, Planmecca Planscan, 3M True Definition 
and Cadent iTero as well as any systems producing digital impressions in STL open format. Partner may send digital orders to us for a wide variety 
of treatments - restorations(all ceramics, full metal and porcelain fused to metal crown and bridges), Occlusal Splints and Implants.

Our Digital Workflow

The entire workflow of dental restorations can be supported by digital technology. The digital workflow starts with digital impression with an intraoral 
scanner. The dentist can order a restoration from Creation Dental Technology by direct transmission of a digitally produced impression, which is sent 
electronically.

Analogue impressions sent to CDT can be incorporated into the digital work flow. Using impression scanning and CAD/CAM or 3D printing technology, 
our dental laboratories can then produce a machined jaw model (instead of a manually produced plaster model).

Whether analogue or digital transmission of information occurs, the CAD/CAM process in the laboratory allows for post-processing manually for veneering.

What type of restorations can be produced by digital technology?

While models are printed that ready for dental work, most of dental works are available with Digital Technique, like Printed (Dignostic )Wax up desgign, Printed
Metal Coping for PFM, CAD/CAM Zirconium(FULL ZIR/HT ZIR NO PROCELAIN Build up crown, veneer), IPS Emax, Implant Abument/Bar, Framework Denture, etc.

2.Dropbox/OneDrive or other APP uploand and download.
3.FTP server upload and download.
4.Email attached files.

Sending STL Digital Impressions to CDT

We accept digital impression from any intraoral scanning system capable of producing 3D images in STL (Stereolithography) file format, like 3Shape TRIOS, Sirona CEREC, Planmecca Planscan, 3M True Definition and Cadent iTero, Carestream CSS.
