Step 1:
Fill out a Creation Dental Rx Form/Lab Slip lab for each case…

…and tightly package the Rx Form/Lab Slip, impression/ model, and bite record into a small plastic seal bag.

Step 2:
Put all cases into a box and seal.

Please make sure to use the shipping boxes provided by FedEx. You can obtain these boxes at any FedEx Hub’s location, FedEx authorized ship center.

Step 3:
Sign and date all pre-arranged documents, attach to the box and ship.

You can either Email us and we will teach you for preparing an Invoice for Custom, or you’re your local FedEx directly and their courier will come to show you what to do.

Step 4:
We receive your cases at the lab in Shen Zhen in 3 business days.

Step 5
We begin making the cases immediately and will call or email with any questions within 2 business days.

We always email you a high-resolution photo of the case in question to help communication.

Step 6:
We send you an itemized invoice for the shipment and ship all finished cases once payment is made.

Step 7:
We notify you with a tracking number when cases are on the way to you.

As with all cross-border shipments, there is a chance for unforeseeable shipping delays. Although very infrequent, please be aware that this can happen. However, we are well-experienced and equipped in both the U.S. and China to handle it and ensure delays are minimized.
